This course will help you to understand the role of trustees and management committee members and introduce you to the knowledge and skills you need to be an effective trustee.

- What legal responsibilities do management committee members have
- What knowledge and skills are needed to do the job effectively
- How can you use the National Occupational Standards for Trustees and Committee Members to help committees to be effective
- The Role of the Chair, Treasurer and Secretary and how other committee members can support them.
