Aims: To introduce skills for managing change in order to increase effectiveness and improve your ability to cope with change.

  • To recognise and explain the reasons for change at work.
  • To identify and illustrate forms of resistance to change and possible solutions.
  • To identify and compare methods of communication and engagement and apply these to a real change project.

This is part of the Professional and Personal Development programme at the University.  A number of places are available for staff and volunteers from voluntary and community organisations.
