This course will give an overview of the different legal structures available and what factors will help you decide on the most appropriate legal structure for your group or organisation.
The course will cover:
- The difference between Incorporated and Unincorporated organisations
- The liabilities of management committee members and ways to reduce liability
- What is ‘Charitable Status?’ Who has to register? What are the advantages and issues associated with registering as a charity?
