Overview
A full day's training to support organisations that have some experience in working on outcome-based delivery. The course explores:
· backward-mapping techniques based on theory of change
· developing a structured approach to identifying SMART outcomes
· linking outcomes to monitoring and measuring impact
Suitable for:
Organisations that have some experience of outcomes-based work and that wish to develop their expertise in this area
Attending this session will help participants to:
- distinguish between inputs, outputs and outcomes
- understand the relationship between outcomes to targets
- identify indicators for measuring wider impact of outcomes
- construct SMART outcomes for their organisation
