The course is delivered as a full day workshop followed by several hours of online learning (e-learning) - this can be done at a time that suits you.

Therefore you will need access to a computer and internet connection and have some basic IT skills to complete the course.  Accreditation is via the Open College Network at Level 3.

The Course will cover

The advantages and disadvantages of contracts for the supplier

How to become 'tender-ready'

How contracting fits into the wider funding context

Participants can achieve one 10-hour credit by analysing their own organisation's strengths and weaknesses in relation to both applying for grants and bidding for contracts.
