This course is designed for those familiar with using Quickbooks who would like to use more advanced features to help them prepare management reports, budgets and invoices.
The aim of the course is to allow participants to manage their finances more effectively by producing budgets and more meaningful reports.
On the course you will learn how to:
- Prepare and set up a budget
- Monitor actual spending against the budget
- Produce invoices and reports on what you are owed at any point in time (called aged debtors)
- Produce reports that are tailored to your group’s needs
- Produce funder reports for restricted funds
- Get the most from your system with our “hints and tips”
