This workshop will provide you with a basic understanding of disability, an awareness of the two main 'models' of disability and the ongoing opportunity to apply your new knowledge.
Participants will be introduced to the concept of 'individual respect' and 'inclusive awareness'.
"Disability, is the one group anyone can become part of at any time".
Participants who would like to develop their knowledge further in a specific disability will be eligible for a fee reduction on any half day specialist workshops (Deaf Awareness, Sensory Impairment, Physical Disability etc). Please contact BACC for further information or email training@bacc.uk.com
