Aims
The University of Bradford invites members of voluntary and community organisations, who are currently reviewing their approach to Disability issues in the workplace, to come and see how we do it here.
Outcomes/Description
At the University of Bradford, this course is a mandatory part of the Recruitment and Selection training for the University. However this training is also open to those wishing to learn about the Disability Discrimination Act and its implications on our working environment in relation to students and staff. Whilst case studies will focus on Higher Education related issues, our aim is that members of voluntary and community organisations will find it informative and practical.
