Prerequisite: None.

 

Aims: This course has been designed to give you practical tips for promoting your health and mental well-being both at work and at home.Through a series of interactive exercises and working from your own experiences you will learn how to build resistance and explore strategies for coping with excessive pressure.

 

The topics covered include: understanding what is meant by mental wellbeing, stress and resilience; identifying what causes stress; recognising the signs of stress and what affects your ability to cope; learning how to build resilience.
