Target Audience: Recommended for Managers.

 

Aims: To introduce you to the skills for managing change in order to increase effectiveness and improve your ability to cope with change.

  • To recognise and explain the reasons for change at work.
  • To identify and deal with the impact of change.
  • To identify methods of communication and engagement.
  • To recognise resistance and gain commitment.
  • To explore some tools and techniques for supporting change.

This interactive workshop utilises and builds upon 5 key principles in managing change outlined in HR's guidance for managers.

This session is part of the core management development training.

Session duration: 3 hours.
