Session duration: 2 days.
Prerequisite: Must attend both days of the course. (TA101 Certificate cannot be awarded for part attendance).
Target audience: Any members of staff, but particularly those whose job includes a counselling role.
Aims: This two-day course provides a powerful way for us to begin to understand what makes us 'tick', and why we relate to others as we do.

Participants will gain most from this workshop if they come willing to share something of themselves.The course introduces you to the main concepts of TA and provides a basic understanding of the main theories, which underpin TA counselling, psychotherapy and work in organisations and education.
Upon completion of both days of the course, participants will be eligible to receive an official 101 Certificate issued by the Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA).
