This session will help participants to consider how they handle conflict (both at home and work), provide tools to help deal with conflict situations and help to find positive solutions that people can stick to. We will use scenarios to consider how we might approach situations, so that by the end of the session, participants can feel more confident about handling conflict situations sensitively.
