Administrators are the heart of every organisation, usually the centre of the action and often the hero of the hour!
The aim of the course is to develop the skills and confidence to carry out a first rate administrator role in any organisation.
The course will help you to:
- Understand and value the role of the administrator in an organisation's success
- Examine skills of planning & time management including:
- using planning techniques to plan your working year effectively
- coping with common problems that disrupt your working day
- spotting and tackling time thieves
- organising your desk & workspace
- Consider how to use coping strategies when the pressure is on
- Understand the conflicting priorities that arise from working for different people and learn skills to manage being delegated work from a number of people
