     needed

     Learnt how to know what impact change will have on your organisation

     Explored how to involve people in a participative change process

     Considered how to manage expectations and reduce fear and resistance

     Practiced some of the models and tools that you will use in the change

     process

     Developed a organisational action plan to manage change

This workshop won't suit anyone who believes that imposing change is the best way.
