Poor delegation can cause a range of problems in the workplace including unmotivated staff, poor performance, excessive workloads and stress.
The course will cover:
- The role that delegation plays in staff development
- Why managers find it difficult to delegate work to their staff
- How to delegate effectively, without "dumping"
- Action planning for participants to increase the tasks they delegate and how they will delegate them effectively.
The course is aimed at managers and management committee members who want to improve how they delegate work to staff.
