Booking
Most of the training courses on this website are run by CVS Training. Unless otherwise stated on the course page follow the booking procedure below.

You can download it to your computer and e-mail to us or print it off and then post or fax to us. Contact details are on the form.
We do not take bookings over the phone, but we can tell you if there are places available on a particular course. A confirmation letter,Venue Information and an invoice, if requested, will be sent out by email (unless otherwise requested on the booking form). Please note we must recieve payment prior to attending the course. You can send a cheque with your booking form made payable to 'Bradford CVS'.
Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. We try our best to accomodate last minute bookings but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process a booking in time - we may close the course to new bookings up to 3 working days before the course date.
The majority of training on this website is funded to support the voluntary and community sector in the Bradford District and the cost bands reflect this.
Please note this may not apply to all courses due to how they are funded – check the details on the course page.

C Statutory/Private/Other (including individuals not part of a group)
Organisations from outside West Yorkshire should check with us before booking.
Cancellations /Non-Attendance
B Supported and CVS Training courses
All courses are subsidised for voluntary and community groups and non-attendance means that this money is lost or that we can run fewer courses in future. In addition we often have waiting lists where places could be filled if appropriate notice of a cancellation is given
- Cancellations must be made in writing, either e-mail, letter or fax
- Refunds will only be given if 10 working days notice has been given
- A £10 administration fee will be deducted per session or invoiced for a free course if the participant has not attended.
- You may delegate another member of your organisation to attend in your place rather than lose the full fee
We appreciate that on occasion non-attendance is unavoidable. However we ask that the delegate's organisation covers the cost (where less than 10 working days notice has been given) so that we can keep course fees as low as possible.

Refreshments
Tea and coffee are usually provided on arrival and during breaks.
Please note: In order to keep costs down there is no lunch provided on any of the courses, unless otherwise stated on the confirmation letter.
