CVS Training
CVS Training works to provide training for voluntary and community groups in
Bradford on management, governance and organisational development issues.
We know that not all management committee members and trustees can access regular training programmes or may want something more tailored to their own needs.
CVS Training can provide tailored in-house training on:
- Management Committee / Trustee Roles and Responsibilities
- The Role of the Chair, Treasurer and Secretary
- Legal structures of voluntary and community groups
- Understanding Registered Charity Status
- Meeting Skills
- Organisational Development Planning
- Managing and Supervising Staff
- How to Get and Keep Committee Members
In-house training is a session just for your group. Your organisation provides a venue, refreshments and encourages people to participate. We organise the training in consultation with you and provide a trainer. We can provide the training on a day and time to suit you. This can be daytimes, evenings or weekends. It can be a short session – whatever suits you and the committee.
